Video Games | GoldenEye 007 | E3 2010: Debut TrailerXBox 360 | Playstation 3 | Nintendo Wii I hope it pays off for them as if something like this can do well then Activision may start putting more effort into their Wii titles rather then just shitting out any old crap. Lots of control options, content and multiplayer too. This game actually uses a modified version of the Dead Space: Extraction engine.which kinda tells you that that game wasn't always meant to be on rails.Įurocom has put a lot of effort into attempting to make this a AAA FPS title for the Wii. Quite frankly like GoldenEye: Rogue Agent this game is purely living off the so called "classic's" memory in a hope to sell some copies but I have to say it looks like a better game to me and when Eurocom have enough time to work on a game they usually do very well just like with their Nightfire and Dead Space titles. GoldenEye 007 also features online multiplayer for up to eight players designed for seasoned FPS online gamers with unique modes and a robust XP system for unlockables and achievements. GoldenEye 007 features an unprecedented lineup of four-player split-screen multiplayer options that encourage social gaming, with over 50 total characters, including eight classic Bond characters, ten maps, three standard modes and 17 special modifiers that allow gamers to create hundreds of game combinations. QUOTEDeveloped exclusively for Wii and based on the GoldenEye film, GoldenEye 007 gives players the chance to use the lethal, gritty style of Daniel Craig's James Bond to outwit, outmaneuver and overtake an arms syndicate that threatens the world in an innovative, modern take on the legendary GoldenEye movie.
I'm someone who has played much better FPS games on the PC at the time this came out so I'm not touched by rose tinted specs and therefore I don't mind a release like this and I don't see it as "pissing on the original" like most do. Also the original hasn't aged all that well either.
Seems to me that a movie licensed game by a popular developer is often rated higher then it should have been. OMG GOLDENEYE 64 IS TEH CLASSIX!!!!1!!!! That isn't my opinion to be honest, it is a fun game but I never thought it was all that great. Released: Nov 2nd Genre: First Person Shoot-me-doĭevelopers Previous Games: Dead Space:Extraction (Wii), Duke Nukem: Zero Hour (N64), James Bond 007: NightFire (ps2, xbox, GC), James Bond: The World Is Not Enough (N64)ĭoes the Temp want it?: People want to try it Do I Want it?: I want to try it also I've left out games that have already been released in English and also Japanese titles. Others I didn't write up due to lack of info, media etc. NOTE: I didn't write up all the games, only some I'd like or may be of interest to others. Release date isn't always the store date so don't expect a game on the date. Some games may get delayed some others not listed may appear but at the moment of posting these are correct. These dates could also be "shipping dates" which usually means that that's the date when games get shipped to stores so a game could either be in stores on that day or after. These dates are what retailers say is out unless stated otherwise, sometimes they make dates up for pre-ordering purposes. Read to know when a game could be dumped: I've only mentioned games that they have developed personally as a lot of devs have little input with ports of multiformat games. Maybe it'll give you the indication of what the game could become if you know if they can handle a certain game. I've changed the format a little and brought back something that I did years ago called "devs previous titles" only this time just mentioning games that are related in theme and genre to the game mentioned here. frown.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" " border="0" alt="frown.gif" /> With my new "no piracy" rule it looks like I'll be only able to play a couple of these titles.well I dont have the time to play games nowadays anyway.
